I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Contemporary Design Market (CDM) held on 24th and 25th September 2022 at Gare Maritime – Tour & Taxi. This curated fair was truly a celebration of design, bringing together some 50 talented designers from Belgium.
The CDM showcased a unique blend of established names, up-and-coming talent, and innovative concepts, creating a dynamic and diverse design experience. It was inspiring to witness the creativity and passion of these designers firsthand.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the organizers of this event, namely @contemporarydesignmarket, @flandersdcfordesign, @wallonie.design, and @feelingwonen_gaelmaison. They not only provided us with a platform to showcase my work but also went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Additionally, I would like to extend my appreciation to @feelingwonen_gaelmaison for the photoshoot and feature in their magazine. It was an honor to be recognised and featured alongside such incredible talent.
Finally, a big shoutout to all the amazing designers I had the pleasure of meeting at the show this weekend. It was truly inspiring to connect with like-minded individuals and witness the breadth of creativity within the design community. I am grateful for the opportunity and look forward to future events that celebrate the beauty and innovation of design.
